As COO, Megerdichian will lead Zoot’s operational strategy, driving efficiency across the organization and ensuring seamless delivery of innovative solutions to its growing client base. The addition of Megerdichian to the team reflects Zoot’s commitment to delivering best-in-class solutions while fostering a culture of operational excellence.

Megerdichian brings over 30 years of strategic leadership experience in the private and public sector as well as a proven track record of working successfully with teams and leaders at all levels to achieve a high level of performance.

Prior to joining Zoot, Megerdichian’s passion for working with and transforming teams and leaders spanned twenty years of service as an officer in the U.S. Military, multiple roles engaging in professional leadership training and consulting, and nearly five years developing and leading the Master of Science in Innovation and Management program at Montana State University.
